For our Client, an international organization providing services in Finance and Accounting sector, we are searching for a Transition Lead with English.

Job specification:

  • Responding to email and phone inquiries from users
  • Indentifying a problem and providing a solution to resolve it
  • Troubleshooting regarding hardware and software
  • Updating knowledge base
  • Cooperating with second and third level of support teams


  • Experience in first or second level helpdesk supporting hardware or software
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Technical degree
  • Understanding of MS Operating Systems, MS Office, & other basic software applications
  • Analytical thinking
