Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for inbound calls relating to the client’s product
  • Processing client/customer queries
  • Dealing in a professional manner with all clients/customers
  • Ensuring a positive image/first impression
  • Manage client SLA’s
  • Providing administrative support for the Contact Centre, as and when required
  • Working to tight deadlines
  • Other duties concerning Contact Centre activities

Skills required:

  • Fluent written and spoken English and at least one other language (Dutch/Norwegian/Italian/French/Spanish)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer skills essential
  • Commitment to quality processes
